Control finalised

When the controller work is finalised, the partner report status changes to "Certified".

All partner reports in status "Certified” are automatically included in the Project Reports in draft status.

Once control is finalised, all tabs of the control report become visible (read-only) to all users who have access to the partner report. The work done during control is locked, but users can still upload documents in the Control communication tab.

Access the Control certificate and report

To view or download the Control certificate and Report:

1. On the Dashboard, click on your project row.

2. Select your partner organisation from the Partner reports menu on the left-hand.
   The list of partner reports will appear on the screen.

3. Scroll to the right until the button “Open controller work” appears.

4. Click on the “Overview and Finalise” tab.
   

   

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the Generate Control certificate & Report area.
   From the list of documents, choose the final version:
   "Finalised Control Certificate and Control Report 1 - NPA0X00XXX - LP1 - R1.pdf”
   

   Click on the download icon to view or save a copy locally.
