III. Project Application Assessment

Following the submission of an application via Jems by the relevant deadline, the application is automatically registered, and the Lead Partner will be sent a notification of the application’s receipt by the Programme.

After registration, each submitted project application will be subject to a 4-step selection procedure detailed in the Programme Manual.

The applicant will be able to follow the progress of the assessment on Jems by monitoring the status of their Application in the Dashboard or Project overview.

The project status changes on Jems are indicated below.

APPROVED / WITH CONDITIONS

Indicatively between 10 and 15 weeks after the call deadline.

The application has NOT been selected by the Monitoring Committee

NOT APPROVED

No action is required on Jems by the Applicant during the assessment process.

The Programme Administration will notify the applicants on the status of their application once the assessment and selection process is concluded, or at the point when the Application is deemed ineligible.
